“I came to know about the Health Care Assistant (HCA)  program through community information sessions, online research, and recommendations from friends who were already working in the healthcare field. The program was highly recommended as a great opportunity for internationally educated and interested candidates to enter the healthcare sector in Canada with proper training and support.

My experience with the HCA program has been very positive and life‑changing. The training provided both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which helped me gain confidence in patient care and workplace communication. The instructors were supportive, understanding, and always willing to guide us. The program also helped me understand Canadian healthcare standards, teamwork, and professionalism, which prepared me well for real‑world healthcare environments.

I aim to provide compassionate and quality care to patients while growing my skills. In the future, I also plan to pursue further education and certifications to advance my career and contribute more effectively to the Canadian healthcare system.”
