We offer 4 different Community Support programs to choose from, ranging from 22 to 39 weeks.
Community Support Program Options:
- Community Support Worker
Are you passionate about helping the most vulnerable people in your community? With Discovery Community College's 56-week Community Support Worker program, you can make a difference in your community and affect positive change in the lives of others. Learn more.
- Education Assistant & Mental Health
Are you interested in working with children who need additional assistance? Upon successful completion of this program, you will be prepared to provide mental health and addiction support to those who need it. Learn more.
- Mental Health Worker

- Social Service Worker
The Social Service Worker program will provide you with the knowledge, skills and hands-on training you’ll need to provide care and support to the elderly, as well as those who may be recovering from illness or surgery. Learn more.

As a Social Service Worker, you'll be able to provide support for people with developmental disabilities, addiction challenges, and at-risk populations in a variety of settings in the community. Learn more.
